This is a 9-month program with a $25.00, non-refundable start-up fee and $17.95 per month plus shipping.	Halloween Challenge The Quilt Place Challenge, in February, was so popular we decided to do another one for Halloween.  The kit is $25.00 and is made up of 10 different fat quarters in Halloween designs. All you have to do is be as creative as you can or want to be. The only requirement is you must use at least some of each fabric in the kit.  All entries are to be submitted to Teresa or Judy by September 30, 2010.  The winner will be announced on October 31st and will be awarded a $100 gift card from The Quilt Place.  Your friends, the judges, will be looking for creativity, visual impact and workmanship.
